About Us
At Eden Dietetics, we were born out of a place of longing — a longing for healing, for answers, and for a gentler way to care for the body. Every person is wonderfully made, and that the body, when given the right support, has a God-given ability to restore and renew. We're here not just to offer dietary advice, but to listen, to walk with you, and to support you with wisdom, compassion, and care — in every season of life.
Vision & Mission
Guiding principles that shape everything we do
Our Vision
To improve lives through nourishment, and support individuals and families flourish in health, hope, and wholeness.
Our Mission
To educate and walk with individuals and families through gentle, personalised nutrition care and natural therapy — grounded in evidence, guided by compassion, and inspired by love.
What We Believe
At Eden Dietetics, we believe that every person is fearfully and wonderfully made — worthy of respect, care, and dignity. We view our food as a form of stewardship, a way to honour the body and support healing from the inside out.
We recognise the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and approach health with gentleness, intentionality, and hope. We believe that healing happens gradually, one step at a time, and that no one should have to walk the health journey alone.

Meet Yvonne Lin (APD)
Yvonne Lin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with years of experience supporting individuals and families across GP clinics, maternity care, aged care, and wellness programs.
Her practice is shaped not only by clinical training, but also by her own journey through motherhood, autoimmune challenges, and a personal search for gentle, sustainable healing.
When her own child faced health challenges, Yvonne witnessed firsthand the body's quiet but powerful ability to heal — and the importance of gentle, holistic support. This experience deepened her commitment to whole-person care that honours both science and the human story behind it.
Yvonne is especially passionate about supporting women, children, and families through food-first, faith-informed, and functional approaches to health. She is currently furthering her studies in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, with a vision to integrate natural, gentle therapies into her practice.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, cooking, reading about how the body functions, and spending time with her children — whether it's playing games, reading stories, or exploring the world together.
