Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Initial consultations are typically 90 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are usually 60 minutes.
All appointments are conducted via video call or in person.

You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details.

Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

If you arrive late to your appointment:
Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
The full session fee still applies.
Significant lateness may result in rescheduling.

For virtual appointments, you will need:
Stable internet connection
Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
Quiet, private space for consultation

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Payment plans may be available for comprehensive programs.
Receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Our cancellation policy varies based on notice given:

24+ hours notice:
Full refund or free rescheduling.

12-24 hours notice:
50% refund or reschedule with a $25 fee.

Less than 12 hours:
No refund, but may reschedule for a 50% fee.

No-show:
Full session fee charged, no rescheduling.

In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive:

At least 24 hours notice when possible.
Priority rebooking at your convenience.
Full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

We understand that genuine emergencies occur.
In case of:
Medical emergencies
Family emergencies
Natural disasters

Multi-session packages have specific terms:

Must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days.
Individual sessions within packages follow the standard cancellation policy.

Comprehensive programs have different policies:

Payment plans are available with a 50% deposit.
Refunds are available within the first 14 days with a 20% admin fee.
Program materials remain the property of the client.
