Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Initial consultations are typically 90 minutes
- Follow-up appointments are usually 60 minutes
- All appointments are conducted via video call or in-person
- You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details
Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling can be done through:

If you arrive late to your appointment:
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time
- Full session fee still applies
- Significant lateness may result in rescheduling
For virtual appointments, you will need:
- Stable internet connection
- Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
- Quiet, private space for consultation
Technical difficulties on the client side that prevent the session from proceeding are subject to standard cancellation policies.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Payment plans may be available for comprehensive programs
- Receipts will be provided for all transactions
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Our cancellation policy varies based on notice given:
- **24+ hours notice:** Full refund or free rescheduling
- **12-24 hours notice:** 50% refund or reschedule with $25 fee
- **Less than 12 hours:** No refund, but may reschedule for 50% fee
- **No-show:** Full session fee charged, no rescheduling
In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive:
- At least 24 hours notice when possible
- Priority rebooking at your convenience
- Full refund if rescheduling is not possible
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In case of:
- Medical emergencies
- Family emergencies
- Natural disasters
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.
Packages & Programs
Multi-session packages have specific terms:
- Must be used within 6 months of purchase
- Non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days
- Individual sessions within packages follow standard cancellation policy
Comprehensive programs have different policies:
- Payment plans available with 50% deposit
- Refunds available within first 14 days with 20% admin fee
- Program materials remain property of client
