Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Initial consultations are typically 90 minutes
  • Follow-up appointments are usually 60 minutes
  • All appointments are conducted via video call or in-person
  • You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details

Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling can be done through:

If you arrive late to your appointment:

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time
  • Full session fee still applies
  • Significant lateness may result in rescheduling

For virtual appointments, you will need:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
  • Quiet, private space for consultation

Technical difficulties on the client side that prevent the session from proceeding are subject to standard cancellation policies.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Payment plans may be available for comprehensive programs
  • Receipts will be provided for all transactions
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Our cancellation policy varies based on notice given:

  • **24+ hours notice:** Full refund or free rescheduling
  • **12-24 hours notice:** 50% refund or reschedule with $25 fee
  • **Less than 12 hours:** No refund, but may reschedule for 50% fee
  • **No-show:** Full session fee charged, no rescheduling

In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive:

  • At least 24 hours notice when possible
  • Priority rebooking at your convenience
  • Full refund if rescheduling is not possible

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In case of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.

Packages & Programs

Multi-session packages have specific terms:

  • Must be used within 6 months of purchase
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable after 30 days
  • Individual sessions within packages follow standard cancellation policy

Comprehensive programs have different policies:

  • Payment plans available with 50% deposit
  • Refunds available within first 14 days with 20% admin fee
  • Program materials remain property of client
